To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

•Your store URL (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com)

•The NOVA theme version (shown in Theme settings > Theme info)

•A screenshot or screen recording of the issue

•The page URL where the issue appears

•Steps to reproduce the problem

•Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on macOS, Safari on iPhone 15)

Response times

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day. Complex issues may require additional time to investigate. We'll keep you updated on progress.

Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (excluding Canadian public holidays).
