Engagements

Every project is governed by a signed proposal that sets out scope, price and timeline.

Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days. Work may pause on overdue invoices.

Ownership

Code, designs and content transfer to the client on final payment. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
